cnot() -> Array

Returns the \(\text{CNOT}\) gate.

It is defined by $$ \text{CNOT} = \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 0 & 0 & 0 \\ 0 & 1 & 0 & 0 \\ 0 & 0 & 0 & 1 \\ 0 & 0 & 1 & 0 \end{pmatrix} $$

Returns

(array of shape (4, 4)) \(\text{CNOT}\) gate.
