sigmam() -> Array
Returns the Pauli lowering operator \(\sigma_-\).
It is defined by \(\sigma_- = \begin{pmatrix} 0 & 0 \\ 1 & 0 \end{pmatrix}\).
Returns
(array of shape (2, 2)) Pauli \(\sigma_-\) operator.
