sigmay() -> Array
Returns the Pauli \(\sigma_y\) operator.
It is defined by \(\sigma_y = \begin{pmatrix} 0 & -i \\ i & 0 \end{pmatrix}\).
Returns
(array of shape (2, 2)) Pauli \(\sigma_y\) operator.
